The launch went smoothly as our team handed over the premises back to PA who came down to see the new features and solutions that we had installed for them. They were excited to witness the entry system and the automation of the lights and air-conditioner upon entry. They were impressed with our plug and play solution and how we are able to clone this complete concept to build other such RC’s in the future.

Neighbourhood residents have several ways to gain entry to the RC. One through the use of unique card access such as the Passion Card or for guests via the QR Code they receive after registering via their mobile phones. In the case of emergencies, we’ve also installed an Intercom system within the RC, that enables visitors to quickly call for assistance.
